With how much attention this thing has gotten, I wonder how/where they can get an unbiased trial. Everybody has some sort of opinion on this it seems

Had you actually listened to the podcast before forming an opinion, you would know that the “podcast lady” didn’t actually give an opinion on his innocence. In fact, she spent most of the last episode bothered by the whole thing, especially that he refused help in paying for further forensic testing.
I think his lawyer was terrible, but he did himself zero favors. He could never "remember" where he was or what he did that afternoon she was killed, which doesn't make much sense. I know the podcast host justified it because he was just an average teenager on an average day and therefore, if he was innocent, why would he remember what he did? It was just a regular day. No different from any other.
I call bullshite. I think he did kill her. If not, he's just super naive and unlucky. But he hung out with too many shady people to just be innocent and unlucky.

Good move
He may have done it or at least been involved but the evidence he was convicted on was shaky at best

I mean she might as well just admit she fell for the dude at this point.
And he absolutely killed her.

This actually made sense to me.

Yeah it's a fair statement. Think back to what you were doing 3 months ago on a specific random day where nothing out of the ordinary happened...you can't. And it was a lot longer for him.

Total horse shite. He absolute did it despite what the “Serial” podcast lady said.
The “evidence” against him was total horseshite, regardless if he did it or not.

retry him and just leave out that evidence.
Spoiler: The prosecutors in this liberal shithole won't retry him. Their woke religion tells them that those who commit crimes are the true victims.

I have no idea if he did it (I tend to think, no), but this is a victory for blind justice for sure.

That part of his argument actually made sense to me. If you asked me what I did last Tuesday, I'd have to look at my calendar to put anything together, and that's just limited to work. All I could tell you with any certainty is that I took my daughter to daycare, went to work, picked her up from day care, went home, ate dinner, watched TV, and went sleep because that's what my weekday routine is. If nothing of note happened to me that day, I wouldn't remember any details.

ay was completely discredited and his account was proven inaccurate and that was most of their case.
I've heard plenty of experts comment on how Jay was off the charts with credibility; A prosecutor's dream. For goodness sake, he knew where the car was hidden, something the cops didn't know. And he had no real motive to turn into a State Witness because he actually implicated himself into being an accessory after the fact.
Adnan murdered Lee.

I almost made the exact same response, even using last Tuesday as my example. Now that I think of it, I went to a buddy’s house. But on a “normal” Tuesday, I wouldn’t be able to recall specific details.

The top guy might be innocent but the bottom guy did what they say he did.

I came away from the podcast thinking he did it but that there was reasonable doubt and a weak case. But I had friends (mostly female) that I worked with that listened that started posting #FreeAdnan shite constantly. One of them got mad at me and I think unfollowed me on Twitter when we discussed the case and I told her I thought he was guilty. I never tweeted at her.
