Some of you people will believe anything. There is no way an actual judge with all of that experience is going to lay out his entire legal case on social media.

I can assure you, a judge who is heard thousands of paternity cases, as he claims, is not going to put that on social media with his own case coming up.

No judge has ever gone on social media and ruined his life. This board is proof of that. Oof.

Who knows.
People do stupid things, especially when under extreme stress.
Even if it's fake it doesn't change the fact that this exact scenario is not uncommon.

What does anything in your post have to do with the word "simp?"

The mentality that a man has to support or raise another man’s children. This judge(or any man) says he is still financially helping children that aren’t his and they are in their 30s. It’s time to cut them off. My guess is he probably won’t, not even financially. He likely won’t because he feels guilty they are his kids. Any other men in their 30s would be cut loose. We have raised a generation of feminized men, meme culture or not. I can see it and anyone with eyes open can too.

In Georgia its worse. If you sign the birth certificate at the hospital, the kid is legally yours for the next 18 years no matter how much DNA evidence there is to the contrary.

From where is this money going to materialize? You think his wife has her own bank account with enough cash she earned to recoup the million + dollars it most have cost him for raising these sons over the past 40 years?

Usually from the women's pensions or retirement earnings. They can also garnish a portion of her paycheck. It's not very complicated. They do the same thing here for defaulted loans, legal fines, backed child support.

I’m reserving judgment until I review all his rulings to see if all of them were actually based on the law.

His wife certainly acted Pro Bono Boner. Sounds like she preferred a bench trial without her briefs present.

Okay so my understanding that the red and blue corresponded to the political poles was wrong. Thanks.

This would be an interesting civil lawsuit.

If a person who was fooled into investing his resources and years of his life into children that weren't his were to sue the woman who defrauded him.

It is hard to hold anyone more responsible than the woman committing paternity fraud. The guy she slept with might not even know she was married or became pregnant.

Totally agree with you. If you raised them from infancy you are the father, if not the biological one. No way you give up that relationship.

Maybe I don’t understand “red-pilled” but why does this qualify? I thought its use, outside of the movie, was to signify someone who had switched to the conservative viewpoint.

It means to learn the truth. I guess your definition of switching from liberal to conservative also qualifies as learning the truth, but the actual definition is much broader.
