His resume is absurd but also why? He started as a Navy Seal then when to medical school at Harvard, then did flight training, then went to NASA, then back to the navy flight training?
Why not just go to flight school or just be a doctor? I guess he wanted to be an astronaut maybe? If he’s a doctor why go back to the navy to fly? For fun I guess?

Flight surgeon qualification? I don't think they have to earn their wings but I do believe they have to have some basic flight training.
