Tadalafil side effects generally are pretty minor. And I agree with Hubba, I would hope that everything is still working when I’m your age.

At 71 I take one Viagra every day. I take half in the morning so I don't piss on my shoes during the day....I take the other half at lights out so I don't roll out of bed during the night.
