Hill & her partner, Mike Smith I believe, were handed one of ESPN's prime tv time slots & they didn't even last a year. She was fired for racists comments on air after several warnings & Smith has all but disappeared.

I think she knows exactly how business works and she is using the only argument she has to try to get paid, but its not going to work.
If I had to bet on what she will be doing 5 years from now, I would bet that she will be doing her own independent show because she overplayed her hand and no company will want to deal with her bullshite.
