Women have the "because I am a woman", black women have "because I am black and a woman".
Like when one of the women on ESPN left because she was demanding Stephen A Smith money. She tried to play the woman card " they still don't want to pay a woman more".
Jemele Hill is quick with the race thing, I am sure to some degree their agents encourage them to play whatever card they have.

I can just imagine her trying to interview half of Rogan's guests. They would dance intellectual circles around her. He attracts the majority of his guests from them contacting him re an interview. Who would call up her staff & request an interview with her?

Which is why she won't get it. Hill is an opinionated race-baiter, but that shtick is old, subjective and has a very limited reach. Rogan is an interviewer who treats his guests objectively.
One draws an audience from objective curiosity, the other draws an audience from attempting to sow anger, suspicion and dissension.
