People always argued that the left embraces Islam due to the "minority" status in the US.
I never believed that.
The Left embraces Islam bc their goals are the same: Destroy the west as we know it.
Therefore, they will convince themselves of this false narrative.
Look at how the left is currently embracing ALL of China's current propaganda around COVID19. Hell, China is actively THANKING the left for their support in this campaign.
Why? The same reasons the left embraces radical Islam.
The enemy of my enemy is my friend.
They hate fellow Americans more than actual enemies that would destroy them/us.
It is amazing to watch.

The Left embraces Islam bc their goals are the same: Destroy the west as we know it.
Therefore, they will convince themselves of this false narrative.

Why is this even an issue? I invite any of these deranged morons to go do a little drag show on the streets of ANY Islamic state anywhere, including perhaps even Dearborn MI, and see how it goes.

Agreed I thought nothing of the question and thought he was a great and funny guest judge. The producers could have edited it out if they thought it was problamatic.

FWIW, Christians tend to be FAR nicer than anyone else - and it's not close. Mainstream Protestants tend to not give a frick and just want people to live a moral life. They do take exception to gay marriage - but only from the POV that a church should NOT be forced to perform a gay marriage. The thing is there are liberal churches that are willing to do it anyway since they see monogamy as being better than a Grindr fest for the community (and they are right).
