Jeff Davis Parish instituting curfew from 11 PM to 5 AM.

What is a curfew going to accomplish? Lots of large gatherings during those hours?
Gotta love this though.
Don’t come out in public... unless it is to give the government some money.

This wouldn’t make much difference to me. Not much reason to go anywhere if everything is closed.
