Concordia Parish just announced 10 pm-6am. Looks like most parishes will have their own version of it.

This sounds dumb as hell. Most people are in bed asleep at that time. If they weren't, they be probably at bars and restaurants, but those are closed.

They probably lack law enforcement officers at night or can move some officers to a day or evening slot.
