I wonder if the ad space would subsidize the price of the car.

I would NEVER buy a car that would barrage me with unwanted ads.

LOL

Absolutely not. They'll charge more for it. And people will buy it.

Unfortunately the American Consumer is basically a certified retard at this point, so they will buy and it will become standard.

This will stop when after the first crash that happened the driver/lawyer will blame it on the ads.

I realized how thirsty I was when I saw the Coca Cola ad and all I could think about was looking for a place to get one. I didn't realize it was a green arrow for the turn lane and thought it was a green light for my lane so I took off still thinking about getting an ice cold Coca Cola.

Sounds like Coca-Cola and the municipality that the traffic lights are in will also be getting sued.

All it takes is one person to convince a jury that the advertisement distracted them and caused an accident and this will stop quickly.

I’m currently driving a 2025 jeep wrangler rental. I’ve gotten no ads.

It hasn't stopped the billboard industry yet.

Imagine if Gordon was wiped out because a busload of orphans was paralyzed in an accident caused by a big truck driver who was distracted by a Gordon billboard.

Sounds like it is a SiriusXM thing and not a Jeep thing from the article.

Kind of misleading as it is referring to popups for extended warranty or SiriusXM. Still not far off but they aren't blaring Carl's Jr or Brawndo ads in your Jeep.

Also, the picture is very obviously AI

They can't afford the $xx a month to delete the ads because they have stupid ducks to put on their dash.

I keep seeing articles with the same quote popping up everywhere but don't know anyone this has actually happened to.

Wouldn't be allowed in a lot of states if not all... Improper tv location viewer or distracted driving law.
