Is today the day he announces Louisiana is moving to Phase 3? Will the mask mandate be lifted? Press Conference today at 2:00.

You can't honestly believe the mask mandate is going anywhere.
I think he postpones his decision by 1 week. Citing lack of numbers and labor day spikes still unknown.

Extend. They don’t like “some of the reports they’ve gotten”.
Will be extended until almost the end of the month.
Then if numbers look good he will “consider” going from Phase 1.5 to actual Phase 2.
The numbers will have risen because of schools being back, so he will extend deep into October.

“Modified” phase 3 holding some things back from phase 3 such as bars. Not sure what the restaurant restrictions are for a true phase 3.
