I don't think any changes today. Will announce an extension of Phase 2 in a few days.
I mean, what has changed that would cause us to move out of Phase 2?
He will say that numbers are dropping because people are wearing masks / bars are closed, and if he removes those restrictions, the numbers will just go up again, because we don't have anything actually treating/fixing the disease... just suppression methods.
