Honestly it would not make sense at all to have everyone in Phase I but allow kids to group together and play baseball with crowds that will be large gatherings. Maybe Phase II but not Phase I. But that's just me based on the guidelines alone.
I’d think this falls under phase 2

What was his BS answer as to why he's doing 21 days vs the 14 day guidelines?

And not everything. Bars that don’t serve food and won’t open.
And then Nola is if course going to decide tomorrow

As if anybody in the media asked that question.

He said that since federal guidance requires 14 days of positive data in order to move to phase 2, it’s ‘only prudent’ to be able to see all 14 days before making a call. So he magically pulled the number 21 directly from his stupid fricking arse.

Question: what do you say about the stores that cannot afford to open with the 25% restriction?
JBE: Well that’s unfortunate.
Did he really say this?

Like when gas went up to about $3.50 a gallon and then went back under $3. People acted like the oil companies did us some huge favor.

This guy thinks the oil companies flip coins and sit in a room and decide what to charge at the pumps.
They don't?

This magical pull coincidentally means we'll be in Phase 1 and not Phase 2 on Memorial Day Weekend.

Anyone have a clear and easy to review resource on example fire safety occupancy limits for Louisiana?
I tried researching the LA Fire Marshall site and it only got worse from there...
Curious how some businesses will be calculating this 25% capacity business
