Tell me about it. Our a/c went out yesterday and the guy is telling us that he has to order the coil needed for the repair. Couldn't have happened at a worse time.

I'd be in a hotel faster than you can spell the word.

Played 27 holes today. No beer. 3 bottled waters and a powerade.

No Lance crackers. Zip lock bags of cantaloupe and honeydew.

Never peed. At my age, I have to pee 30 minutes after I get up in the middle of the night to pee and drink a bathroom cup of water.

It's hot.

It's 94 here, and the heat index is 113. Come get some humidity bro.

I went through SE California a few years ago, and it was 121. It felt like you were standing next to a heater, but it wasn't as bad as 95 in South LA

In the almost 9 years i've been here, its never been this hot over a large period of time.

Typically the TX summer for me has been anywhere from 98-103.

This week has been absolutely brutal.

it was 65 here in January when you were freezing your arse off.

I'd rather play golf all year in the dirty dirty than live another day of my life up North

You baws noticed a shite ton more remnants of tire implosions on the road this week? I know I have.

I would not be running around on almost bald tires in this heat.

Ain't that the truth. I gave up trying to keep my flowering bedding plants alive. The roots just can't pull enough water from the ground to keep up with the relentless sun we've had lately.

Last time it rained, I had paid my son to wash my car the day before. He's away at camp. Someone call Liz Warren to do a rain dance!
