Us plant baws are working out here in this heat all day long and we aren't complaining. Deal with it you white collar pussies

I'm going to complain about it while I park in my garage parking at my apartment and underground garage at work. I literally haven't been outside today, and I'm still going to complain.

Ps: it's also a little chilly in my office.

We have labs in Bellevue and this is probably the only time I would willingly make that flight.

66 here in the south sound. I said 72 earlier but it turns out that's the high.

It's only going to get worse. Yesterday the temps were showing much lower and the last predicted day of 100+ was Monday.

Lafayette is 95 with a heat index of 108. Humidity is a bitch.

I just got home from San Francisco where it was 55-65. This is fricking miserable.

I spent two summers in SF.

It never rained a single day I was there. The place I stayed didn't have an AC. That place has incredible weather.

Ain't that the truth. I gave up trying to keep my flowering bedding plants alive. The roots just can't pull enough water from the ground to keep up with the relentless sun we've had lately.

Last time it rained, I had paid my son to wash my car the day before. He's away at camp. Someone call Liz Warren to do a rain dance!

Where do you live? Because in the BTR region it feels like we have had rain damn near every afternoon since May 1

frick. Texas. I tried to sit outside in my front porch yesterday afternoon and didn't last longer than 10 minutes. I think I've officially decided that I'm moving out of the heat.

High pressure stacked over middle of country. South Louisiana going to be in on it soon, heat indexes pushing over 110 potentially in the BR area.

Glad to be flying north for the next few days.

I'd rather play golf all year in the dirty dirty than live another day of my life up North
