I don't think so. That might have been true back in April or May but I think a vast majority of the board's coronabros have seen the light and now believe the cure has become worse than the disease.

I've been amazed at the way my fellow citizens have rolled over and laid down in the face of these draconian measures. Hard to believe that these are the same people that rebelled against England and fought a civil war.

It’s damn difficult to social distance when you live on top of each other like the Europeans and much of the world does. If you have 10 people in a house it’s going to spread.

I don’t know why they care about the numbers, it’s about keeping the hospitals under capacity. Which is doesn’t sound like they have done in Italy. But again, not sure what the answer is

Fact—-Lock yourself down and discontinue normal exposure to everyday microbes, viruses and bacteria and your immune system will become less effective. Hypothesis—- You have people with weekend immune systems getting sick from exposure to low level viral loads that the body would normally fight off. Think about the first cases of COVID. Generally they occurred in people with high levels or exposure or some sort of weak system.

Any update on the current mortality rate? We should have enough data now to know if all of this is worth it or not.

Yes the CDC reported that 6% of the reported deaths have CV as the sole cause. The remaining had an average of 2.5 existing conditions.
