Reports that the hospital was being used as a military headquarters so it would make sense they have ammunition there

The IDF will come out shortly with a report that says it was a Hamas rocket that misfired.
I also found a live stream of Gaza that shows outgoing rockets misfiring about 20 minutes before the first reports of the hospital strike show up online.

Even still, there’s got to be more to it. A 240mm is way bigger than a Qassam and has a warhead about 5x heavier. It could land in the middle of a 500 person drum circle and probably not kill all 500.

Or it was, as Israel has said for years, a weapons cache that caught an errant round. Meanwhile, Frank Drebin is out front assuring everyone things are going smoothly.

I'd bet....
This may just push Hezbollah to ramp up the skirmishes on the border and fully open that front. Hamas is the best definition of, "Never let a good crisis go to waste."

If you go back to 19:59:30 based on the top left clock, and watch until 20:02:30, you'll see multiple barrages and misfires. The first reports of the hospital came about 20 minutes after that.
