So you think drug abusers view this in a rational manner. I do not. Imagine a sibling ODing one day and you find them and administer Narcan thereby saving their life. Money wasted? I don't think so. I hope you never, ever have to deal with the scenario I described.

No it the Trump administration is so concerned with fentanyl and overdoses than they wouldn't cut back on things that can save people's lives. Doing shite like cutting back on funding stuff like Narcan tells me they're not actually genuine about want to help addicts and just use the claim that China is funneling in debt as an excuse.

We’ve watched it successfully fend off massive rocket attacks for years with very minimal damage. Even now the hit rate is way less than 10%.
If Israel did to Tehran what Iran has attempted on Tel Aviv, there would be thousands dead.

I think it and the help that the US has given has done a good job.
I just saw a mention of 4 Israelis killed, each in four different cities/towns. There just aren't any early reports of big numbers of civilian deaths. There are more injuries, of course, but not many mention of deaths to this point.
