I keep a screen shot of the weather channel app on my phone when it was 19 degrees this past winter to remind me to never complain when it’s hot.

I know people respond to weather differently, but I personally could sit in 20 degree weather longer than 100 degree weather. I can bundle up and be comfortable, but sweating through my t-shite isnt a good experience.

But hey, lets make a truce at 65 degrees and call it a day.

Im talking about actual work being dictated by a superior.

Landscaping your own yard doesnt count.

nope. I was just telling a buddy of mine today that last year was way hotter. We had high 90s at the beginning of June last year.

Not here.

It’s been pretty cool for Atlanta area.

Global warming must be regional.

It’s currently 60 degrees here in Vermont. High of 84.

Sitting outside drinking my coffee and may get a jacket.

you live in the south. Newsflash the summers are going to be fricking hot. They were fricking hot last year, they were fricking hot 10 years ago. They were fricking hot during the civil war. And in 200 years when we are all rotting in the ground it will still be fricking hot.

You do realize its all about the heat index right? And it was hotter in BR and NOLA than DFW yesterday for heat index when you factor in the humidity.

Ive lived in South Louisiana and DFW and the humidity is what kills you when its in the 90s. Id rather 110 in Phoenix vs 95 in BR with 100% humidity

I was thinking it was pretty mild up until this weekend. Seems like six or seven years ago there was a summer where it seemed like it was upper 90’s and heat indexes of 105+ every damn day. It’s been pretty dry too where I’m at until this past week.

Don’t be a bitch.

Just kidding, heat exhaustion ain’t no joke. Shittiest part about it is once that feeling gets up on ya, ain’t much you can do to help it and there ain’t no shaking it.

The real feel has been miserable all summer. And the biggest issue has been the length of it - I feel like we’ve been having a hot summer since mid May with zero reprieve.
