Hmm... can't get a good look, but the dudes seem to be Central/South American, so Brazil makes sense. But cobras are in Africa and Asia, not South America. And King cobras are specific to Asia. If it is Brazil, a "false water cobra", maybe?

I don’t think king cobras are actually in Brazil, but judging by the head and shape it’s almost surely a huge arse poisonous shape.

If that guy really got a full dose of venom from a king cobra, he would be passed out by the end of that video or having a seizure

All jokes aside, King Cobras don't live in Brazil (they are Asian). So either it wasn't a cobra or it was a pet.
Edit: after watching again, it definitely looks like a cobra, which means it was either a pet or Brazil now has an invasive species.
