This is what I just don't get. I've experienced the same in Europe. Be there a week and a half or two weeks and you lose 5 - 10 lbs. And I'll eat arguably worse foods there, especially with the carbs.
Shows that it's really the poison they are putting in our products here more so than just pure diet. And probably why, even if you eat very healthy, it can be hard to lose weight. We have no clue genuinely what is in our food and I'm glad RFK Jr. is trying to combat it.

Yep, you got me figured out.. I never became a Billionaire, or even a multi-millionaire.. as such, I found it hard to save and invest as much as id like, after paying my bills in America, going thru divorce, et al.. also as a guy quickly approaching 50 years old, and not rich, I did find my dating options pretty limited .. so I “ran off !’ to greener pastures…. Best decision I ever made .
But wow, what a genius you appear to be.. truly a dizzying intellect you have .

It’s definitely both, lots of walking and cleaner foods without all the preservatives.
Makes me want to shop more at Whole Foods over HEB and I love my HEB man.

I don't see anything wrong with his preference, the USA has a lot to see. I'd like to go back to Europe, not possible with my disability.
