Disclaimer: I'm only talking about a small portion - yall know who I'm talking about.

I like Texas and 95% of the people I meet from there are fantastic. But then there's the other ones..

My boss (you don't want pics) is one of them. I'm convinced she thinks that the other states in the union would cease to exist without Texas. Somehow every conversation ends up being about Texas.

"Hey what's the word on those TPS reports?"
"Well in Texas.."

I mean.. you don't see Billy going around bragging about being from Florida.

i love all the texans who act like they're gunslingin ranch owning texans, but have spent their entire lives in a suburb of houston or dallas

the people who own less than an acre of land but wear boots and flannel everyday

Women in TX are beautiful but the men are all on the gay side. TX recruits Louisiana men to come over and breed their women

Texas is a nice place, but most natives’ conceit over being from there is pretty laughable.

Minus the flannel, this comments hits a LOT of people right in the heart.

I was born and raised in LA. Thought I'd never leave.

But I did, and my God I'm glad I did. You don't really see how bad a shithole LA is until you spend some time away from it. Y'all are desensitized to how polluted, corrupt, and impoverished the state is. Louisianians are the nicest, most fun loving people on the planet.

To a fault. Y'all put up with WAY too much shite from your politicians and "cultures".

Texas is better in every respect. Sorry, but it's just true. And what Louisiana does better, Texas has adopted. The food here is just as good, the hunting and fishing better.

I love going home to LA to visit, but even happier when I leave.

I'm proud to have my Cajun heritage, but glad I got out of there.

Very much debatable.

But everything else is spot on.
