I could definitely eat better. I wont lie about that. I dont eat really poorly though either. I would say I eat like an average person.
That's the issue though. The pesticides, plastics, and other contaminants in the food and water supply are causing the issues. Everything is connected.
You could even argue that even eating a vegetarian diet would lead to more direct contaminant intake. Saw an article yesterday that one of the most contaminated foods is strawberries.

I have no idea. Im at the doctor right now about to go over the results.
I would show you my results at 56. Took one a month ago and levels were really good, even the free test levels were good. But it was early in the morning so levels are always high.
No TRT for me yet, but I would do it in a heartbeat if needed. People need to get over the stigma of it. It isn't "juicing".

I’m 55 and had mine checked last year and it was over 500 but my B12 was in the gutter.

my T is at 63
Did you drink the day before you gave blood? That seems lower than a female's T level.

Another way for American doctors to deal drugs under your ‘trust’. No different than your modern day mega church preachers.

31 and T that low usually means you aren't lifting, aren't exercising at all and playing XBOX instead of getting laid.

1300 DAMN DUDE
I have a few friends on TRT. The doctor works with you to maintain a level that is good for your age. 1300 would be high for someone like me, mid-50's, but would be doable as long as my hemoglobin stays good.

No I went in at the end of the day. Was probably 4 pm when I went in and got blood drawn.
I am figuring he will order another blood test to double check.
I drink a lot of coffee, but i actually recently got sober months ago. I dont do any drugs other than periodic advil to keep my autism happy.

A testosterone level of 63 at 31 years old is either a faulty test or a serious endocrine issue. You don't drop to those levels by being lazy.
My lowest score was 241 at 39 and that was when I wasn't exercising, was overweight, sleeping 4-5 hours a night, and overeating.

Im definitely going to ask about it, but only because its not fair to my kids that im this tired when im home.
I sleep pretty well. Could be underlying problems but the only other problems with my blood work was slightly low cholesterol, slightly high triglycerides, and low vitamin D.
Everything else was normal levels

Devil went down to Tuscaloosa looking for testes to steal. He was in a bind because way behind and willing to make a deal.

Doctor just came in and immediately ordered me a test shot.
Didn't even ask about another blood test or anything.
This dude has a good reputation here so we will see what happens.

Alcoholism can absolutely wreck your T levels. Ask me how I know.

I'd ask for another test before getting a shot.
Tell him you want to do a test first thing in the morning after a full night's sleep. On an empty subject.
63 is ridiculously low and you took the test at 4pm.

I just got bloodwork results at 31 and my T is at 63 when its supposed to be 300 bare minimum at this age.
Do you have a sudden urge to vote Democrat?
