My guess is you haven’t set foot in a gym in years and don’t do manual labor .

Damnit man, that kinda sucks at that age. Is your doctor going to put you on TRT?

Effectively everything in the world is lowering testosterone levels these days, led by what you eat and drink every day. The water and food supplies are contaminated. Obesity and diabetes lower testosterone as well.

Basically everything we consume is making us sick and miserable.

If you don't use it, you will lose it. Get back to the gym (take your time) and set a goal of 10k steps per day then journal all of your foods to track your macros.

The worry is heart problems on my mom’s side. She does everything right and had a heart attack at 50, her brothers had heart issues young also. My dad was an alcoholic and 2 pack a day smoker until his 50s and is now pushing 80 and somehow healthy as an ox.

Yea we have heart issues in my family too.

That's what triggered me to even go to the doctor and get general testing done.

Nothing about lifestyle or diet would cause low T at that level. Some serious underlying issue.

Go see an endocrinologist. The typical doctor knows nothing about diagnosing low T and treatment plans.

I'm 79. My Urologist wants my testoserone above 600. Every 4 months he inserts testoserone pellets in my butt. Usually 21 of them. They are about twice the size of a grain of rice. Relatively painless and they keep my testoserone above 500 for 4-5 months.

I could definitely eat better. I wont lie about that. I dont eat really poorly though either. I would say I eat like an average person.

I work on the road doing concrete and plumbing so I am pretty active.

I have 3 kids so I don't do much at home admittedly because they are all under 7 years old so we are basically a daycare center at the house.

My sex drive hasnt really been hindered as far as I can tell. Its mostly fatigue that hits me randomly.

When I get tired I pass out and sleep hard

That is an odd place for them.

Does he give you a kiss after the procedure?

Yes. All of the crap they put into everything we consume be it drinking or eating. It has declined significantly since the 1940's. I was 45 when I got my levels checked and it was 331 which isn't as low as yours but still low. I got on TRT and has been in the 1300's since than. My quality of life has gone up significantly.

I imagine it does. I can’t imagine why your numbers are so low though.

Yeah dude. I had no issues on the sex side of things but I was always fatigued and foggy minded. All that has gone away. I get some great sleep and even remember most of my dreams which are mostly traumatic and terrible but hey at least I remember them. I was also having issues shedding some fat not that I am fat but the little I had just would not go away. I work out 3-4 times a week and run once a week and eat as clean as I can and I intermittent fast. I have dropped about 10 lbs since November (when I started TRT) and put on a pound or two of muscle. I recommend you at least look into it. I am extremely happy with my results overall. Even my emotions are even better.
