Is there a bigger ripoff in the food industry than $2.79 for a soft drink?

Reusable cup they will wash, a couple pennies worth of soft drink syrup to refill it once. Yeah I’m mad because I just bought $24 worth of Sprites for a table of 12 year olds.

Same as a $5 domestic bottle of beer.

Supply and demand.

Restaurants make most of their profit on drinks. Food basically covers labor costs.

Why are you buying sugary drinks for little kids? Do you even care about their diabetes?

Hamburger with cheese price is the same as without cheese. Shady way to force customers to pay extra for a hamburger.

Restaurants passing on the $3 merchant's fee for using a card.

That’s not true
Yeah, it’s a high profit margin item but you make profit off of everything in a restaurant...if not, you won’t be in business long

Make burgers at your own house and buy your own 2-liters vs bitching about prices. You know what was gonna happen. Or get them all waters.
