Is the Garth Brooks show a symbol of how bad it is?

Great artist, great show, etc. He goes to any major city and unless you are intimate with the show, you prob don’t even know he’s in town.

Is the ‘once in a decade’ type atmosphere around Baton Rouge and Garth a little embarrassing??? Shows how little Louisianians get out?

It’ll be the talk of the town for years. Lol.

Here you are talking about it.

What are the artists you enjoy? I bet we can shite on them harder than you can shite on Garth.

It was an amazing show. If you weren’t there, you won’t get it

You like stank booty doo-doo noise, don’t you?

It will live on in memory as the high water mark for culture in Baton Rouge. The man said “operator won’t you put me on through.” These kinds of oracles don’t come but a few times in any great nation’s lifespan

Garth playing in TS is a once in a lifetime thing and not one of his ordinary shows.

I get the point you’re trying to make, but this take is just wrong.

There's talk that this was the largest live audience for a single performer concert... ever.

I'd say it was a pretty big deal.

I’ll never forget the day Garth came to Louisiana… I was sitting at home with my wife and kids eating crawfish and enjoying their company. Feels like yesterday

Swing and a miss on this one Port Hudson Playa.

He's set attendance records at each NFL/college stadium he's played during the tour(tour was delayed midway through 2021 for omicron). His concerts made the headline news in the likes of Boston, Denver, Nashville, Fayetteville, and Salt Lake City. In fact we were there on vacation last Summer when he came to SLC(the Utes' Stadium). It was a big fricking deal to all the downtown hotels, restaurants, and bars as they sold 60,000 tickets.

You big dumb arse.

Triggered are the idiots full of misguided hate for the dude. It's pathetic the extent they go to flaming threads and starting their own threads to shite on Garth Brooks.
We're just defending the music and the artist on the premise of separation of politics and art.

Um, no. But that doesn't make it less impressive.
