I look forward to hitting the drive thru at Chik fil A without having to navigate through all the zombie beggars.

Is St.George gonna stop all of the fighting at Woodlawn middle school? Especially among the girls?

I thought Batin Rouge took Siegen back?

Is Bobby Boucher going to lead the Muddogs to a Bourbon Bowl title?

St George has a good record dating back to when he removed all the snakes from Scotland.

I imagine once the funding mechanisms are figured out, St. George will operate like Madison, MS. The mayor’s court will send a message through enhanced bail requirements and hardcore sentencing. The BR criminals won’t want to go there and the bums will get hassled into moving to BR.

According to the map, Baton Rouge used Ward's Creek to get to Siegen and got Siegen from Perkins to Rieger, took the shopping center with the Wal-Mart and then used all of that to jump across the interstate and grab the Advocate.
So if the homeless are panhandling at the on/off ramps, or camping under the Overpass, that's Baton Rouge.

Last chance to save BR area, IMO
No choice but to get it right

Remember how everyone voted to raise property taxes to pay for a mental institution. Yes, a lot of good that did.

I didn’t, but yes it passed.
Has there ever been a follow up story or report letting us know if it’s a success or not?

Can St George change their skin color?

They can stop bussing in students from other parts of the parish down the line.
So kinda.

This seems like an EBRSS issue. BR had been very very clear that they are in charge of the school system and St George does not have its own schools.

Municipalities depend on blight to beg for state and federal money to not solve the blight.

Either it wasn't built or severely underfunded. It's terrible because there's a lot of homeless that aren't right in the head. That's just waiting for a disaster.

Nothing since the layoffs and the quiet admission that the model is financially unsustainable.
There was a time when our local paper would report these kind of things.
Btw, have you seen any reports on the COA, CATS, MovEBR and other taxes and bond issues we passed?
