Shortly after Millard’s death, I got a call from my cousin recounting a night he had been drugged at Radio Bar and taken outside by some black guy. He woke up on Florida Blvd in the passenger seat of someone’s truck with no shoes or wallet. He took off running and made it home 4 hours later.

He never knew who the man was until Big Stanka was shown on tv. When I spoke to BRPD they wouldn’t even interview him and the DAs office wouldn’t speak to him either. The Millard death was a cover up by BRPD and SWB, Id bet my life on it.

I’m a UWK fan but she has absolutely whiffed on a few stories that were VERY easy to verify. Some of her writing is reminiscent of Central City News type tabloid style crap.

Cafe 30A is good, also don’t sleep on the Tuscany Italian Bistro out front of Sandestin Hilton. It’s Italian owned and open for 35 years according to the owner, great classics and a few surprises.

It definitely reeks of creepy pasta from Reddit. What’s funny is there is a feed store out there off of the river Road near Roberto’s.

First, apologies for the Facebook link. Secondly, I have no way of knowing if this is actually true.

Synopsis:

This woman was told this story by two other women who were in Baton Rouge for business. They went out to a local bar here in town and were approached by two gentlemen dressed oddly. The description is that the two gentlemen were dressed like they were from another time (odd hats, suspenders) and spoke oddly as well, more formal, etc.

These two men hit it off with these two women and convince them to go with them to a bar “the locals hangout at“. They then proceed to drive 40 minutes outside of town. There are no landmarks given and no direction is known. They pull up to a bar in an open field that is across from a feed store.

The women go inside have the time of their life and then catch an Uber back to town. The next day upon realizing they forgot some personal item, they attempt to backtrack the Uber route. They arrive at an empty field. There is no bar, there is no building, there is no structure, but there is a feed store across the street.

I’ve lived here a long time and never heard of this. I was thinking Gator Bar but that’s been long gone. Maybe towards St Francisville or Hammond?
