Is spreading chicken shite in a park too extreme to make people stay home?

Swedish city is spreading a tonne of chicken manure in a park to discourage people from gathering for a festival.

Philip Sandberg said a tonne of manure would be spread on the ground to put a dampener on anyone thinking of turning up for Thursday's event.
Writing on Facebook, he said: "Sitting at Valborg in a park that stinks of chicken manure and where it makes noise with leaf blowing and other things is not a pleasant experience.
"On the other hand, it is good for the lawn, as chicken manure contains a lot of phosphorus and nitrogen, so that we have a really nice city park for the summer season."

Personally, I think it is a chicken shite thing to do.

Ummm, wouldn't the more sensible thing to do be canceling the festival?

This doesn't make sense. I though Sweden has been doing the herd immunity approach

Swedish parks are shitty.

Probably won't deter the third world Muslim savages. They're used to the smell.

It will make the grass grow.
I use it in my vegetable garden all the time.

As long as they don’t try to make chicken salad out of it they’ll be ok

Yeah, um, no they're not. Apparently you've never been to Frogner Park in Oslo or any major park in the region.

Oslo is in Norway. Norway is very different from Sweden despite being Nordic and having a ton of intertwined history.
With that said, your point holds value.

If you don't go to the festival because of this, is it because you are too chicken shite or not chicken shite enough?
