It’s a show about talking dogs. Don’t take it too seriously. But how brilliant that the dad is an archaeologist and the mom is in airport security

Bluey is one of, if not the most family friendly wholesome things on TV these days.

This article is pure nonsense.

Bandit is one of the few characters that actually depict a father worthy of emulating, even if it is a cartoon. The world would be a much better place if we had more Bandits engaged with their kids.

Not only is Bandit a good dad, this is one of the few shoes I find myself enjoying too. They have handled some tough topics too on the show.

And in the same way, creating a daughter named Bluey using the color blue is totally lost on us.

Or, and I know that this theory is super far out there, it’s because she’s a fricking cartoon Blue Heeler breed of dog.

New parents should watch the Baby Race and Rain episodes of Bluey.

Pretty much an entire industry of parenting help books condensed into 14 minutes of animation.

This is alarming but our generation growing up on Homer Simpson and Peter Griffin is… better? Were those characters not alarming?

Just goes to show that both sides of the aisle look for things to be triggered by.

No shite. Bandit dealing with depression in the beach episode, chili's sister dealing with infertility, putting together IKEA style furniture.

It really is a great show.

The poster child for this new depiction can be found in the mega-popular kids program "Bluey." The dad, Bandit, is seen as a constantly nurturing, always-present playmate to his two daughters, Bluey and Bingo. He’s so present, in fact, that fans of the show often joke about when Bandit finds time to work, and in the show, it’s clear that the mother has less time to play than the dad.

Yeah, real fathers shouldn't spend time playing with their kids.

This is fricking stupid.

Either watch it or don’t

And this is why present and future generations have no chance with this kind of parenting.

I assume most people know this by now.
