We do a lighter version with ground turkey and mashed sweet potatoes. My daughter named it Thanksgiving pie.

I always wonder how the one in Lafayette has survived. We lost a Bennigans, TGIFriday’s, Chili’s, Hooters and Cheddars all within a half mile radius of the place by the mall. I never see a crowd there. Been once, about 20+ years ago, when they had the “Riblets”.
