I went once but couldn’t handle the no talking and was asked to leave the second afternoon.

The MacAuthur Foundation is a much better deal. They give you $650,000 to do nothing. No strings attached.

You’re welcome.

I know of three members. Only one of us achieved anything.

Think of the test you took as a wide net which people like you get caught in.

The real one is much harder so you probably wouldn't pass it but you are welcome to give them your money

Hang in there. Hate that y’all don’t have what is needed but glad it’s not overwhelmed. My brother is the night pharmacist works 7/7. Said they admit 6/7 covid per day but dc 5/6. Said beds aren’t an issue despite what the hospital/LDH is saying. STAFFING is an issue which is a real problem.

Years ago I qualified and was invited.... then realized it was stupid and was just a glorified pat on the back and “we’re better than the rest“ club, so I declined.

In a mist cultish manner they harassed me for years afterward to change my mind. Very strange.

Mensa accepts top 2% in IQ.

Being in the top 1%, I feel they dont have high enough standards for me. Joining an organization like that would be me lowering my standards.....

That is the only acceptable OT response.....

dude they are relentless

for a club that's supposed to feel exclusive, begging people to try to join seems so counter-productive

They used to accept some standardized test scores. If they still do, having a score report sent to them might be cheaper and definitely less time consuming than taking their test.

I'm dead serious when I say this: At least 25% of the posters here are legitimately retarded. The leaps of logic that happen on an hourly basis here can only come from a damaged brain.

The rest of us are of average IQ.
