But if carrying on your lineage is the most important, it's not.

On the other hand, you could always adopt or try through surrogacy or IVF or something.

For a guy, it’s great. For a woman, not so much. She has to pray she meets someone quickly. And no, I’m not someone who thinks she’s washed up at 24 (despite OT opinion). I got divorced at 35 and “lucked out” to get remarried & pregnant by 39. I’m grateful for the baby I will have, but I regret wasting 11 of my fertile years with someone who never wanted kids.
