You only have so long in which to enjoy the fruit of your children’s labor. You cannot waste precious time with a barren woman. This should be a legal basis for divorce.

If you’re a dick...

There’s a thing called adopting...

However, is she knows this before she marries you, she should tell you..

Absolutely no question about it! I’m sure any judge will side with the male for a cause such as this.

Is it grounds if the man’s impotent? Just asking before someone else does

1 Timothy 2:11-14

11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.

12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.

14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

In the Middle East, but not here. If you are only marrying for kids, just don't marry her until shes got a bun in the oven.

You can also just do everything without marriage, which is preferable.

My uncle and his ex wife got divorced over kids. They got married with the agreement that they never wanted them. She turned about 35 and decided she had changed her mind. He had not.
