Iraq was one of about 3 countries in the world not on the World Bank. The others being the rest of the Axis of Evil.
Paul Wolfowitz was Bush's Dep Sec of Defense and brought up invasion of Iraq within a day of 9/11. He was the main architect of the war.
After Saddam was toppled, the new Iraqi Republic was put on the World Bank.
And Paul Wolfowitz left the Bush administration to become President of the World Bank.

This is crazy. Imagine if some congressman says "I want to propose a bill that will change the age of consent to.. I am thinking 13".. Everyone would consider him a pedophile.
