I heard it and the prosecutor can catch him in lies and turnover his rosy red bullshite without coming across as a challenging arse. Prosecutor is argumentative.
I can see what you're saying and agree he's being argumentative. I guess I just think that if AM came across as a sympathetic person, it would be much more damaging. But because of his arrogance, I just don't think the jury will sympathize as much with AM being thrown to the wolves.
But I admit, I could be completely wrong with that thinking.

borderline prosecutorial misconduct honestly. ?
Is this Buster?

Just think the prosecutor could kill him with kindness and expose him. Just know some jurors get turned off by prosecutors acting like it is coming across via radio. Could be different seeing on screen.

Getting lost in all this speculation is the irrefutable fact that Alex is a ginger and is therefore guilty.

I thought it was working early. But as it goes on, I don't think it's working. AM is doing a pretty decent job of taking the air out of the booms. I think the prosecutor needs to think about moving on. The point has been made and the more he goes on, the better AM is looking actually.

I didn't watch how the girl got out of being sex trafficked. Could she prove it to testify?
Wait, what was that? Missed that completely.

quote:Yep and he is calling everyone PauPau nicknames because I think he has at least two alter egos like Paul.
They’re building him up as a liar, a phony who carries around a badge, a scumbag who steals from younger children, paralyzed people, etc.
This is the beginning of destroying his character. They’re doing what they need to do.
I also think he paid somebody (he couldn't even shoot his lame/sick hunting dog) to kill all 3 but he chickened-out at the last minute.
Mags did something to piss him off (found huge duffel bags of his drugs, women & blow proof) Mags was living at the beach house because she couldn't stand him anymore.
In AM's druggie mind, Pau Pau would rather die than go to jail and bring more shame. And Buster would get 10mil Ins money.
All of this because wealthy millionaires raised their kids so sickening rotten spoiled.... That one of them was bored enough to play hot shot and get a hot GF- slap, shove, spit on her; and drive a 17 foot boat with no lights at night by flashlight.

You’re not very good at this.

That is not in the trial. It was a link redandright posted about a girl that claims AM was her john and he roughed her up, choked her during sex.

This is what happens when you have a totally circumstantial case.
Circumstantial evidence is weighed the same as direct evidence. Please stop spamming the thread with ignorance.

Agree. It's getting repetitive. He needs to get to his point quickly and move on.

IMO he’s trying to piss him off so the jury can see the real AM.

It's getting repetitive
it'd be great for the financial crimes, but this is just a giant waste of everyone's time

Let's just forget that he lied about being at the murder scene until today.

What actions has he taken to search for the killer?

I thought he was going to go the route of “so you are great at keeping a straight face and lying to people, so why should the jury believe you when you say you didn’t kill them?”
Him berating this stolen money thing is getting old and being confrontational isn’t working for prosecutor.

Absolutely none. At least OJ was searching golf courses.

This cross is awful. The State attorneys are not good. Line of questioning is flat. Allowing the witness to go on and on in his answers loses any impact of the answer.
