For crazy defined washboard abs? Sure. But to just have 4/6/8 visually discernible ab muscles? Anyone with a reasonably strong core will have them if they keep their overall body fat down. People who think abs are impossible are people who think they are going to sculpt abs out of a gut without getting rid of the rest of the fat. Just not going to happen.
