This is up there with Stugotz’s rant against Andy Reid benching Alex Smith for Mahomes.

Post this on the Woke Hebert's twitter. He still refuses to acknowledge Dunlap's guilt. Maybe they shared more than a microphone. I would but I am blocked.

To be fair, while i was very excited for Burrow's progression, I never legitimately thought he had a legit shot at the heisman until almost halfway through the season.

In recent years alone, fans touted Mett, Anthony Jennings, Brandon Harris, Lowell Narcisse to all be future heisman winners. Neither of those guys came close.

But then again, I have no idea who this Seth Dunlap guy is so maybe he deserves to get ragged on.

Its worse because that is such a generic take that it was worthless to even send out in the first place.

Like yeah saying a player might not win the Heisman is true because its one person out of hundreds and anything can happen. You saying a player might not win the heisman will be right almost always.

So why even bother with the story.

Justin Fields might not win the Heisman next year. No shite. He also might.

When the season began, I thought if Burrow was third-team All-SEC, then we would win the league and have a legit shot at a natty.

Him winning the Heisman is what turned "legit shot at a natty" to "one of the greatest teams in the history of the sport".
