There is this little bbq nacho stand a few sections from me in the dome that is legit. Certainly not the best ever but good value considering the other options in the superdome. Good size with a ton of meat.

Everything was fresh as hell. The cheese, meat, chips were right out of the oven; and they had well cooked black beans, and fresh green lettuce on them.

Las Margaritas. Order the steak and chicken fajitas and a side of queso. Pour the queso over the sizzling fajitas. Mix the meats, onions, peppers, and cheese well, in the warm greasy skillet. That mixture on top of a warm hand made tortilla chip is the best nacho I have ever had.

I don't know about best I've ever had, but I love the Blackened Shrimp Nachos at The Chimes... and also the nachos at Fuzzy's.
I didn't know you could swap out for any of the taco meats at Rum House. That's a game changer.
