Don't understand how Blue Oak has been left out, but with that said it's Felipe's hands down:

-queso, NOT the melted sliced cheese they try to give you
-black refried beans
-carnitas (slow cooked shredded pork)
-pick de gallo
-cilantro and onion
-house salsa
-guac (it's okay that it costs extra)
-sour cream

The GOAT Nachos. I get them every Tuesday at the Felipe's in the Quarter.

The waffle fry nachos at Couyons is pretty damn good, I get it with the pulled pork. Not bad at Pluckers either but they only have chicken and its big chunks of chicken and isn't so good, would be money with shredded chicken.

The size of these things is ridiculous. You can also change the protein to one of the others they offer on tacos like jerk chicken. Add fresh jalapeños, these things are by far one of the bright spots on the menu.

They added a smaller size. I didn't know you could swap out the meat.

There used to be a place called The Factory in the shopping center where Walmart is on College Drive. They had crawfish nachos that were the best I've ever had. The chips were homemade and kind of light and puffy. I want to say they closed in the mid 90s and I still wish I had that recipe so I'd say they're GOAT.
