Joe Biden has already declared Kyle a White Supremacist.

Let that sink in.

as corroborated by the guy shot - is that Kyle did not shoot until he had a gun pointed at him

Kyle pointed his weapon at the guy with a gun

The guy stopped

Kyle lowered his weapon

then the guy decides to advance on him, and Kyle defended himself

the guy he shot had every chance to walk away, and decided otherwise

Well, that dumb logic escalated quickly.

It is complicated. The 2A clearly states the government cannot stop a US citizen from defending themselves. However, you have states like Virginia where even if someone breaks in your home, you are required by law to retreat first. If you shoot said robber, burden is on you to prove you could not retreat. The state of Illinois has gun laws on par with France.

Of course, because if you wait until they pull the trigger it’s too late. How is this even a question?

MERELY?!?

If someone is MERELY pointing a gun at me, I am definitely in fear of that person taking my life. Therefore yes, I am allowed to shoot someone who is MERELY pointing a gun at me.

I say yes to both. It blows my mind that we have reached a point where we are OK with police going around pointing guns at ordinary citizens doing nothing. You want the police to learn de-escalation? Make it where they need to be more careful who they point their guns at.

Holy shite.

you see a few stories a year where cops bust in to the wrong house to issue a warrent. i fully support a homeowner being let off with no charges if he lights them up in this situation.

How often do you think police go around "pointing guns at ordinary citizens doing nothing"? Maybe I'm just lucky, but in nearly 40 years I've never had a policeman point a gun at me while I was "doing nothing". The media and Democratic politicians have convinced shallow thinkers that it is a common occurrence for policeman to kill or even draw their guns on people who aren't engaging or suspected of engaging in criminal activity. The REALITY is police killings are STATISTICALLY very rare.

Cops don’t get paid nearly enough to put up with the shite they have to. If people are taught to respect law enforcement, your second question wouldn’t be asked. Thugs and trash are given star status because of news media. Don’t get it twisted. There are a few bad cops but MOST deserve respect.

Absolutely unreal that someone like you actually exists and thinks this way. "Merely" points a gun at you. I never thought I would hear or read such a phrase. You clearly do not own or have ever been around firearms. Anyone with any sense knows if you point a loaded gun (which his gun was) at a person it is with full intent to be ready to pull the trigger. If someone ever points a gun at me I'm gonna test your ability to use it faster than I can use mine to defend myself.

If a police officer ever points a gun at me, which has never come close to happening in my life, because I don't break the law to that point, I would know that if I simply do what they ask, because they are trained, I'm not getting shot. But, some a-hole commie chasing me and yelling the things they were, yea...you will be lucky to "merely" be missing half your arm. You dumb frick.

Employers, consider giving your Black employees a day or two off after the Rittenhouse verdict. Regardless of the outcome, it’s going to be hard for Black people to work and it isn’t fair to expect them to.

Is there any group of people on the earth that think blacks are incapable of doing anything on their own more than liberals?

It's exactly what the left wants to promote their "gun control" utopian vision. (In truth, they want all guns confiscated and banned.)

You are absolutely wrong. The left don't want all guns banned, just those owned by the pesky subjects, I mean citizens. They're fine with the gov't keeping peasants in line with them.

9 times out of 10? That seems low.
