I know days that I get on the treadmill, eat decent and not too late, and go to bed before 10 I feel awesome the next day. For me, an hour on the treadmill (~500 calories burned), keeping food intake under 1500 calories or so for the day, and MAKE myself go to bed is all it takes to really make me feel great the next day.
Unfortunately I don’t do that every day. But when I do my energy levels shoot up and I feel awesome.

I’m 46 and I can’t sleep. Ever.. I don’t know what to do about it. Usually 4-5 hours/night every night for infinity. Its pretty shitty.

Cut the junk food. Eat eggs and beef and fruit and start lifting.
This is really the best advice, along with getting good sleep. I’ve been struggling with the same thing lately.

Dont. You'll adjust to it and then need something else. Your body is telling you to slow, listen to it. It aint that bad.

Don't let the old man in..I wanna live me some more,
Don't leave it up to him, He's knockin on my door
And I knew all of my life, that someday it would end
Get up and go outside, don't let the old man in.....

Went through the same thing at 40. Had my hormone levels checked and my testosterone was in the tank. Started TRT and it was a miracle at how well it worked. I now look and feel like a much younger man. Good luck!

Himalayan shilajit has all minerals you need and ten times better than coffee or caffeine. Like everyone else said clean up your diet, I like carnivore, and add some exercise even if it’s just calisthenics.

You’re looking at it the wrong way. Ask yourself do you want some other dude raising your children because you were to lazy to work 15 minutes a day and stroked out

Go see the doctor. I take non-narcotic prescriptions for sleeplessness and anxiety. Sleep is very important.

get bloodwork done at your doctor. Ask them to check Testosterone levels. I got on it and it made a HUGE difference in how I felt.
