He seems like an ok guy. I dislike his politics and voting history. Pro open border and amnesty politicians are especially dangerous to Texas.

Obviously I know they don’t compare, but giving up pot still sucked. I must have thought about getting high at least once a day for the first 6 months.

Also video games are way less cool now which is annoying.

I've got to be honest. He's a "house-dad" that stays at home and smokes a lot of weed. I am extremely jealous.

Anything can be psychologically addictive. Doesn't mean it's physically addictive.

Exactly.

And when/if they fall it's their own choice so don't come looking for taxpayer money to bail you out of your own poor life choices.

You could argue that some people on here are addicted to TD.

This is the equivalent to the stay at home mom who has a drinking problem... While I don't agree with the viewpoint that weed is some miracle plant, you can't use the addictive personality of some weird dude in Austin to justify keeping it illegal.

Right. Pot is still illegal in Texas and it hasn’t stopped this guy from being a loser.

I don’t understand how someone could function in society while high all day.

If I had kids, I’d definitely be addicted to some mood-altering shite. And Little Debbies. And ear plugs.

I'm all for that if they'd sign a waiver stating they understand what they're doing and will be responsible for all future medical issues, etc.

Same with food, heroin, tobacco. They idea someone can just eat themselves into Type whatever diabetes then expect free healthcare is not right.
