Actually fast food has a shite ton of processed sugar which is addictive. Porn like gambling fire the same receptors in the brain as heroin or coke.

But I do remember that once, high as a promotional blimp, I got into a bar fight with a former friend and broke his tooth with a beer bottle.

This guy even fails at being a pothead.

Once, after ingesting a couple of THC pills, I dumped a pitcher of water over my head and insulted the Iraqi representative to National Poetry Day Amsterdam. Another time, I pulled down my pants and flashed a crowd of several hundred.

Ok. I can't take this article seriously anymore. He needs to stop blaming weed and seek help for what sounds to be a serious personality disorder.

I grew up in Hawaii. You have no idea what you are talking about.

Marijuana use can lead to the development of a marijuana use disorder. Recent data suggest that 30 percent of those who use marijuana may have some degree of marijuana use disorder. People who begin using marijuana before the age of 18 are four to seven times more likely to develop a marijuana use disorder than adults.

Marijuana dependence occurs when the brain adapts to large amounts of the drug by reducing production of and sensitivity to its own endocannabinoid neurotransmitters. In 2015, about 4.0 million people in the United States met the diagnostic criteria for a marijuana use disorder.

That's a WHOLE LOTTA words just to say your body develops a short term tolerance to MJ.

You could replace the word marijuana with caffeine and it'd likely hold true.

I grew up in northern CA, lived in HI for four years, and now I'm in WA state. I guess that makes me an expert.

When I had my first cup of coffee in the morning, I pressed the little button on my vape pen, waited for the blue glow, took a huge inhale and then blew it into the mug so that I could suck in the THC and caffeine at the same time.
It's called a "Seattle speedball", and there is no better way to start your day.

A clean tasting sativa, and a good coffee...

Hawaii is just a huge case study on marijuana dependence. Its gone from an actual paradise to a tolerable lifestyle with the lethargic and apathetic attitudes of a good chunk of the population, due to the use and dependence on marijuana

In fact, Hawaiis governor, who serves in one of the most liberal states in the union, just vetoed a another medical marijuana bill
quote:

Gov. Ige, a Democrat, has consistently been cautious about his state’s cannabis policy. He opposes the legalization of recreational cannabis

even being a democrat hes greatly opposed to increasing access to pot, because hes witnessed its destructive nature, first hand. Homelessness has risen 60% in the last decade. And the poverty rate is among the highest in the nation. The potheads simply don't give a frick. Its become so bad this liberal state has put a 5 year cap on welfare assistance. And there are about 40 marijuana detox centers operating in the islands, which has only 1.4M residents, about the same as San Antonio

Yes but the word addiction has been watered down to mean pretty much anything.
