Eta: this happened with a guy i worked with. He was a pretty successful IT analyst and not at all nerdy but they were playing world of warcraft and she started talking to a guy who started telling her everything she wanted to hear. She ended up moving halfway across the country to be with this guy. About 6 months later I saw the guy and he said they were back together. She realized she fricked up, the guy was all talk, etc. They didn't have kids though.

I guess around 30 years ago I was in California along with some friends. One of my coworkers/ friend ( from Louisiana) wife was pregnant, we were all in our early 20’s building scaffolds doing turnarounds. Anyway he left work one day for the birth of their daughter. The baby was mixed, come to find out she was getting Jamaican Dick while we were working 7-12’s. They separated for about a month then he took her back and raised the little girl. They got divorced when the girl was 13 she stayed with my buddy , graduated and went on to be a pharmacist She has nothing to do with her mom. I take my hat off to him because I don’t think I could have done it
