Would love for the city to offer for the people who had a ladder or tarp picked up to come down and describe what they left and where they left it, but instead of giving it back to them, have them issued a citation for littering

I lost a 40 blue tarps and a 35 8' ladders. They were fiberglass and orange.

People do this at Jazzfesr as well. They put a blanket on the ground six hours prior to a headliner playing and expect a cone of privacy around their blanket. When the crowds start pouring in they get livid if your foot touches the corner of their blanket.

Set my tarps out on Napoleon earlier. Going to be nice having my same spot from Wednesday to Sunday after Bacchus. If the city takes it oh well only 2 $5 tarps.
