Why don't they throw more candy and food at parades? Things that are consumable and that people actually utilize. When I was a kid the most popular throws were moon pies, double bubble and Tootsie Rolls

I wonder if the Mayor will be sending her crew along Jackson Ave to collect the assortment of materials out there since Zulu does not pass until Tuesday morning.
By law there should be nothing out there until mid morning Monday.
