If you put “he/him” in your work e-mail signature, would you be sent to HR...

Is your “at work personality” one that would signal you were being sarcastic or have you been cryptic enough that people might think you are being serious?

Your workplace might expect “they/them”.

He's referring to what people put on their social media profiles.

Look, I hate trump as much as the next guy, but I also hate woke people that try to score points by letting everyone know they are down for the cause by showing their wokeness through pronouns, and other look-at-me social media signifiers. If Taylor from Billions wants to let everyone know what they prefer to be called because no one knows what the frick they are...ok fine, but Rick from accounting with a wife, 2 kids and a healthy beer gut? He can frick off.

I guarantee you that if you work for a big company, no one would say shite. They are so woke and scared these days that they don't want to be sued. I've thought about putting "Xe" but don't want to deal with it. I just ignore all of the woke HR crap emails.

Our company HR sent around emails regarding our preference he/him, they, etc. I am certain that policy is going to be implemented most places of employment of any size eventually, so there is not a hostile work environment issue raised. It’s part of inclusion policies, so this may seem foreign to some now, but it will Eventually be the norm.

Can you give an example? I have no idea what you’re talking about out.

Just an FYI... whether you’d get fired or not, if you want to be taken seriously and promoted regularly, don’t bring non directly related work stuff to work.

If you put that “preferred pronoun” bullshite in a work email, in anything really, I will without hesitation think less of you.

I have no idea what they are based off their names
