Winn-Dixie is private property
The OT gets this confused all the time. Winn-Dixie is a public place since they let the public onto their property. If the property is owned by a private citizen or owned by the government is irrelevant.
Do you think you can just stroll into a judge’s chambers because that area is owned by the public? Of course not, bc ownership is irrelevant.

1000' school boundary has already been struck down. You can even carry in your car while going pick up your kids or drop off at school as long as it remains in your car and not visible.
You have to ask for permission when going into someone's home not for just going onto their lawn for example.
While the zoo and aquarium can post signs or anyplace business that post signs it is a trespassing charge. If they catch you they are supposed to ask you to leave and you leave and no charge. If you refuse then it can become a trespassing charge.
Now the insectarium is a government building so don't carry there. Y'all already established government buildings and hospitals are off limits.
I have a backpack for carrying kids/baby stuff that just looks like one for that but has a hidden compartment. I don't let it out of my possession when I do that. If they check bags then cc to get in, go to restroom and move it.

The zoo is going to tell you no, but there are no signs and no metal detectors. Carry deep concealed, and you’ll be fine. Just don’t walk around with a Glock 19 and a tight t-shirt that prints easily and and everyone can see it.

OTOH, the insectarium (ain't der no mo) feds watching the door have made me bring a 3" blade pocket knife back to the truck before letting me in.

It's concealed. Don't ask questions and ask for forgiveness if God forbid you have to use it.

When you go on down to the Audubon Zoo,
They will all shoot at you,
The yutes will shoot, old guys will shoot, and what you love about the city may shoot at you too.

Correct
I was speaking just about a CHP.
If you don't have a permit and are somehow "caught" carrying on a sidewalk outside a school, you're toast. If you have a CHP, your good (at least, in Louisiana).

If one of the animals approaches you and says"I bet I know where you got your shoes at" you are allowed and encouraged to fire at will until all clips are empty.

I know it's not what they "teach" you in the class but if it's concealed properly, no-one should know you have it. Why did you get the permit unless you plan to use it. Most of the places you need it most is where a sign says not too.

You’re a piece of shite if you carry in someone’s residence without their permission.
First thing is I do not carry, concealed or open although I would if I felt I needed to regardless if I had a permit or not. Also who the hell said anything about carrying in someone's residence? Where are you getting that from?

This is America. You can carry anywhere your legs take you.
