Done a fair bit of projects there...
Outside of SA, Botswana and Namibia are decent, thought Namibia is expensive as frick.
Ghana is pretty OK. Stable with an exploding economy right now.
Tanzania is beautiful but kind of a shithole otherwise.
Morocco and Tunisia would have the highest standard of living, maybe even including South Africa.
